Club Sessions

We are back to a twice weekly running programme from July 21st 2021.

Details will be emailed out to members, as we are asking for an emailed response if you would like to come, so that we can evaluate numbers. There will be a sign on sheet for participants at the start of runs.

We will be running on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6.30pm, and occasional Saturday mornings.

Mondays 6.30pm

Summer:

During the summer we like to make the most of our beautiful surroundings and the daylight!

Our 'Strate Liner' sessions can start anywhere from Dunkery Gate to "That lay-by next to that big tree".

Details will be sent by email to members.

Winter:

During the winter we are limited by the daylight so tend to stick to the roads, either around Minehead or Williton and Watchet. We mix it up between hill sessions, circuit training, pyramid training, or just a 5 or 7 mile run.

Afterwards, there's always the option for some food and drink at a local pub.

Wednesdays 6.30pm

 

A​ varied set of sessions usually starting from Minehead or Williton with a handicapped time trial on one Wednesday of each month.
