We run on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays at 6.30pm and Fridays 6.00pm.
Our club nights cater for everyone, so don't be afraid to come along and give it a go. For beginners, Friday is a great session to start with to find out what the club is all about and how you can get involved.
During the summer we like to make the most of our beautiful surroundings and the daylight!
Our 'Strate Liner' sessions can start anywhere from Dunkery Gate to "That lay-by next to that big tree", so check our weekly facebook update. We follow a marked route, generally off-road of around 6 miles.
Afterwards, there's always the option for some food and drink, either at a pub, or a bbq or picnic!
During the winter we are limited by the daylight so tend to stick to the roads, either around Minehead or Williton and Watchet. We mix it up between hill sessions, circuit training, pyramid training, or just a 5 or 7 mile run.

A varied set of sessions usually starting from Minehead or Williton with a handicapped time trial on the third Wednesday of each month.
Formal interval sessions in a confined area so suitable for all abilities.
Summer sessions are held on Minehead beach (with an optional swim afterwards, tide permitting).
Winter sessions are held on the seafront esplanade.
A steady 3-5 mile on-road run starting from the college. There are usually options to increase or decrease the distance.
